Volunteer Application Privacy Notice

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we, Ankara Motorcycle Search and Rescue Association (ANMAKUD), as the data controller, hereby inform you that we will process your personal data in the volunteer application process as follows.

1. Data Controller

Through the volunteer application form, the following personal data is collected:

• Identity information: Full name, ID number, passport number, nationality, date of birth
• Contact information: Phone, email, address
• Education and professional information: Education level, occupation, languages
• Workplace information: Work contact details
• Application information: How you heard about us, reference person

3. Processing Purposes

Your data is processed for: volunteer application evaluation, communication, activity planning, AFAD coordination, emergency response management, legal compliance, and association operations.

4. Legal Basis (KVKK Art. 5)

Your data is processed based on: your explicit consent, contract performance, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.

5. Data Transfer

Your data may be shared only with AFAD, relevant public authorities, and partner NGOs for operational coordination and legal compliance.

6. Data Security

ANMAKUD implements technical, administrative, and physical measures under KVKK Art. 12 to protect your data.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
