Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we, Ankara Motorcycle Search and Rescue Association ("ANMAKUD"), as the data controller, hereby inform you that we will process your personal data as follows.

Data Controller: Ankara Motorcycle Search and Rescue Association (ANMAKUD)

Processed Personal Data: Full name, ID/passport number, contact details (phone, email, address), date of birth, nationality, education, occupation, health information (medications, health issues, emergency contact), photo and other volunteer-related information.

Processing Purposes: Evaluation of your volunteer application, communication with you, planning of volunteer activities, coordination in emergency response, compliance with legal obligations and association operations.

Legal Basis: Your explicit consent and legitimate interest under Article 5 of KVKK.

Data Transfer: Your personal data may be shared only with AFAD, relevant public authorities or partner NGOs for legal obligations or volunteer activity coordination.

Retention Period: 1 year if your application is rejected; during and after your volunteer period as required by law if accepted.

Your Rights: Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, object to processing, request correction or deletion, and claim compensation for damages. You may contact kvkk@anmakud.org.tr or submit a written request per the relevant regulations.
