Special Category Data Consent

Under KVKK Art. 6, health data is special category personal data and cannot be processed without explicit consent. This document is prepared to obtain your explicit consent for Ankara Motorcycle Search and Rescue Association (ANMAKUD) to process your health data in volunteer activities.

1. Special Category Data

Health data is special category personal data under KVKK Art. 6.

2. Health Data Processed

Chronic conditions, medications, blood type, physical fitness, and emergency contact for health purposes.

3. Purposes

Volunteer safety, emergency response planning, AFAD coordination, risk assessment.

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed solely based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6/2).

5. Data Transfer

Your health data may be shared only with AFAD, health institutions, and relevant authorities when necessary and legally required.

6. Withdrawal of Consent
