ANMAKUD – Amateur Radio Training Cooperation and Development
Amateur radio training and joint activities in Kırıkkale are continuing within the framework of the friendship agreement established between our association, the Ankara Motorcycle Search and Rescue Association (ANMAKUD), and the Kırıkkale Radio and Amateur Operators Association (KITRAD). This collaboration is carried out with the objectives of sharing knowledge and experience, organizing joint training sessions and drills, and strengthening coordination in emergency situations.
The training programs conducted under this partnership provide valuable opportunities to enhance both the technical knowledge and communication skills required in amateur radio operations. In particular, they encourage in-depth learning in electronics and communication technologies. KITRAD members regularly implement structured training programs to foster young people’s interest in the field and to build an effective and sustainable radio communication network.

Oğuz Tümer, President of the Kırıkkale Radio and Amateur Operators Association, emphasized that amateur radio is not merely a hobby but also plays a critical role in public safety and disaster communication. Especially in situations where professional systems are insufficient, communication support provided by amateur radio operators enables search and rescue operations to be carried out swiftly and effectively.
As ANMAKUD, we are pleased to contribute to the strengthening of such training initiatives and solidarity networks, and we reaffirm our commitment to continuing these efforts in line with our shared objectives.
